Smart ROM AI Goniometer ("the App") does not operate its own server. All data you enter or measure is stored locally on your device in principle.

1. Information We Process

1) Information you enter (stored locally)

• Member data: name, gender, date of birth, memo
• Measurement records: joint angles, body part / motion, pain score, End-feel, notes, and captured photos

This information is stored only in a local database (SQLite) on your device and is not transmitted externally.

2) Camera

• The camera is used to measure joint range of motion (ROM).
• Pose (joint position) detection runs on-device; video is not sent to any server.
• Photos you capture are stored locally on your device.

3) Microphone & Speech

• The microphone and speech recognition are used for optional voice input of health/workout notes.
• Speech-to-text conversion may use your operating system's (Apple/Google) speech recognition service, in which case audio may be processed under that platform's policy. The converted text is stored locally on your device.

4) Purchase & Trial Data

• Lifetime purchase and free-trial management are handled through the payment service RevenueCat and the app stores (Apple App Store / Google Play).
• A device identifier may be sent to RevenueCat to verify purchases and restore them after reinstall.
• The App does not collect or store your payment card details; payments are processed entirely by Apple/Google.

• A device identifier and device/OS information, used for trial tracking and purchase restoration
