  3. Result Report: To visualize and provide analysis results for the user to verify.

Article 4 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information) This app never transmits the user's body images or videos to external servers.

  1. All posture analysis processes are performed only within the user's smartphone device (On-device).
  2. Images captured or imported for analysis are deleted from memory immediately upon analysis and are not saved separately.
  3. However, the analysis result report (PDF) is saved within the user's device only when the user explicitly saves it by pressing the 'Save' button.

Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties) In principle, the Company does not provide the user's personal information to external parties. This app uses Google's ML Kit technology to process images within the device, and in this process, images are not transmitted to or stored on Google servers.

Article 6 (Rights of Users and How to Exercise Them) Users can refuse camera and storage access permissions for this app at any time in the smartphone's 'Settings' menu. If permission is denied, the use of the app's main functions (such as posture analysis) may be restricted.

Article 7 (Chief Privacy Officer) The Company takes overall responsibility for the processing of personal information and designates a Chief Privacy Officer as follows to handle complaints and provide relief for damages related to personal information processing.

Article 8 (Changes to the Privacy Policy) This Privacy Policy is effective from the enforcement date. In the event of any addition, deletion, or correction of the contents due to changes in laws and policies, we will notify you through announcements 7 days prior to the enforcement of the changes.
